My name is Rupa Sethu and I love food – all kinds of food. Also, I love to cook and spend way too much time in my kitchen. Sometimes this involves experimenting with new recipes but mostly I’m rushing to feed the family. Over the years we have gone from eating just about anything to being more careful with what we eat. Joys of getting older! Everything changed recently, as we started living the low sodium life, due to health reasons. Read the story behind how this blog came to be!
I learnt to cook by doing – from first principles. My engineering training taught me how to reverse engineer just about anything. We are a family that has many dietary restrictions – gluten free, lactose free and the latest – a low sodium diet. So I have spent a lot of time and effort figuring out how to eat well, within these constraints. In a foodie family where nobody is willing to sacrifice taste, this is a constant challenge.
